Job Name : Content Marketing Specialist
Job objectives
Responsible for the creation and dissemination of visual content for the Lancmall brand and services in Pakistan and the Chinese market,Promote brand professionalism, customer trust and conversion rates through graphic, video and social content.Support the marketing team's revenue and sales.
Job responsibilities
1. Visual Content Production (Figure Making + Video Editing)
- Design social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp groups) promotional materials: including service advantage comparison chart, logistics process explaination chart, hot selling product recommendation card, customer case poster brand name publicity Wait;
- Edited short video (15-60 seconds): showing the selection process, platform operation steps, warehouse quality inspection process, logistics packaging and shipping live images, customer receipt feedback product introduce Wait;
- Creating long or simple infographic: business policy notice all categories brand name Propaganda, banner etc. all business Need of chart
2. Content Planning and Publishing

- Responsible for content update and layout of Lancmall blog, Facebook page, Instagram account and other channels;

3. Community Content Support
- Assist community operators in producing daily push content (industry news, customs knowledge, hot-selling lists);
- Create video / motion pictures of customer operation guidance,Help customers complete website registration, up payment, shipping origination, etc.;
- Pack a transaction case,Form "customer story" content,Uses for sales teams to follow up on material.
4. Effects Tracking and Optimization
- Monitor the data performance of content on various platforms (exposure, clicks, retweets, consultations),Review and optimize content direction with the marketing team;
- Collect examples of competition and industry outstanding content,Continuous improvement of content quality.
