Outbound Sales Representatives

Call Center Team Leaders

Location: Rahim Yar Khan, Pakistan

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

On-Site Position

OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-driven individuals who can communicate professionally with customers and help drive sales performance.

Fresh & Experienced candidates can apply

Sales experience will be preferred

Strong English (UK accent) communication skills required

UK campaign experience is a plus

Responsibilities include:

1. Handling outbound sales calls

2. Engaging with customers professionally

3. Meeting daily and monthly sales targets

4. Following company scripts and sales processes

5. Maintaining strong communication and professionalism.

CALL CENTER TEAM LEADER

We are also hiring an experienced Team Leader to manage and drive the performance of our sales-focused call centre team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in call centres, BPO, telesales, or outbound sales environments.

Requirements:

Minimum 2,3 years of call center / sales experience

Team leader or supervisory experience preferred

Strong sales and performance management background

Experience managing outbound sales agents preferred

Excellent English communication skills

UK campaign experience or UK accent preferred

Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of sales agents

2. Monitor calls and improve sales quality

3. Train agents on objection handling and closing techniques

4. Track KPIs, conversions, attendance, and productivity

5. Improve team performance and sales results

6. Maintain discipline and a positive sales culture

7. Support management with reporting and performance update.

Salary & Benefits

1- Outbound Sales Representative

70k-80k + incentives

2- Team Leader

Starting Salary: PKR 80k-100k + OTE
