- On-ground scouting and management of reliable Zardozi and hand-embroidery workshops.
- Quality control: supervise fabric quality, embroidery neatness, and stitching/finishing.
- Timeline management: ensure timely completion and shipment of orders.
- Communication: provide daily/weekly behind-the-scenes (BTS) updates and manage artisan relations, resolving issues professionally.
Requirements:
- Preferably based in a textile hub (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) or willing to travel/relocate to production hubs.
- Strong communication skills: Urdu for artisan coordination and English for brand communication.
