Responsibilities
- Sell Umrah packages and transportation services to US clients; meet monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agents, group leaders and individual pilgrims.
- Prepare quotations, handle bookings, invoices and follow-through until service completion.
- Coordinate with operations for transport, accommodation, visa processing and documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries across US time zones and provide timely pre/post-travel support.
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports; propose promotions and package improvements.
