Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create and manage editorial calendars, content buckets and campaign timelines for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and TikTok as applicable.
- Develop high-quality copy, captions and short-form content briefs for designers and videographers; supervise creative execution to ensure on-brand delivery.
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns including audience segmentation, A/B testing, bid strategy and budget pacing to meet KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze performance using platform analytics and reporting tools; prepare reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and other team members to review assets for format and messaging consistency.
