We serve a diverse client base locally and internationally, designing campaigns that connect brands with their audiences. We are seeking a proactive Social Media Marketer to join our team and lead content strategy, audience growth and campaign execution across major social platforms for clients in Pakistan.

• Plan and implement end-to-end social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Create and manage editorial calendars, content buckets and campaign timelines for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) and TikTok as applicable.
• Develop high-quality copy, captions and short-form content briefs for designers and videographers; supervise creative execution to ensure on-brand delivery.
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns including audience segmentation, A/B testing, bid strategy and budget pacing to meet KPIs.
• Monitor and analyze performance using platform analytics and reporting tools; deliver actionable insights and weekly/monthly reports to clients and internal teams.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages, managing community conversations and escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, developers and production teams to integrate social activity with broader campaigns and product launches.
• Keep current with platform changes, content trends and emerging formats; recommend experiments to improve reach and engagement.

The role is based in our Islamabad office and will involve close coordination with creative and client services teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical and comfortable juggling multiple client accounts while maintaining high standards of content quality and timely delivery.
