Key responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls using provided leads and call lists.
- Introduce MT Communications services clearly and persuasively, tailoring the pitch to prospects.
- Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and recording responses accurately in the CRM.
- Handle objections calmly and professionally and escalate when appropriate.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Maintain up-to-date call notes, follow-up reminders, and meet daily/weekly outreach targets.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.
