- Handle objections calmly and professionally, working to overcome barriers to interest or escalate when appropriate.
- Schedule appointments or transfers to the sales team for qualified prospects.
- Maintain up-to-date call notes, follow-up reminders, and meet daily and weekly outreach targets.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities to refine scripts and processes.
