Role Overview:
Six-B Food Industries, a growing food and beverage manufacturer focused on snacks, beverages and condiments for the Pakistan market, is expanding its commercial footprint. We are seeking a Territory Sales Officer to manage sales operations, grow distribution and represent our brand at retail and wholesale outlets across an assigned territory. This role combines field sales, relationship management and execution of promotional activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage daily field sales activities within the assigned territory and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retail accounts to maximize product availability and visibility.
- Implement merchandising and in-store promotional plans, ensuring correct shelf placement, pricing and POS materials.
- Conduct regular route planning, visit accounts, capture order requirements and follow up to ensure timely delivery and collections.
- Monitor competitor activity and local market trends; provide actionable feedback to the sales manager to adapt strategies.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports on calls, sales, returns and stock levels using company reporting tools.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain to resolve stock shortages and ensure order fulfillment.
- Support product launches, sampling campaigns and trade promotions as required to drive trial and penetration.
