Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, update, and maintain AutoCAD drawings (2D) for architectural, structural, and MEP scopes based on field measurements and engineering inputs.
- Convert hand sketches, scanned drawings, and PDF plans into accurate DWG files and maintain version control.
- Maintain project databases: enter measurements, material lists, quantities, and bills of materials into company systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist project engineers with drawing revisions, markups, and coordination of clashes between disciplines.
- Ensure document control: file naming conventions, archival of previous revisions, and distribution of updated drawings to stakeholders.
- Produce standard layout sheets, as-built markups, and simple detail drawings as requested by site teams.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to verify dimensions and resolve discrepancies through field verification when required.
- Perform routine quality checks on data entry and CAD outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
