Veclar Technologies is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will leverage strong communication skills and proficiency in a US accent to engage potential clients and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in sales or business development and excels in customer outreach, lead qualification, and sales prospecting. As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to closing, including cold calling and negotiating to convert opportunities into successful sales. This role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize outreach efforts.

We offer a performance-based compensation structure as follows:
Training and Evaluation:
The selected candidate will complete a one-week paid training period. Training is compulsory to ensure adequate product/service knowledge, negotiation and presentation skills, and familiarity with service packages. Trainees will receive a training allowance of PKR 5,000 for the first week, followed by mock call clearance. After passing the mock call, the candidate is expected to complete a minimum of 23 sales during the evaluation phase (before the end of the first month). The training allowance will be added to payroll and paid with the first salary.

- Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities in targeted markets.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers using sales prospecting techniques.
- Effectively communicate value propositions while maintaining excellent customer interactions in a US accent.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and update customer data and track sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align outreach approaches and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to facilitate successful deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects through effective communication and problem-solving.
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a performance-based compensation structure as follows:
- Base salary: PKR 80,000 per month.
- If the first monthly sales target is achieved, the salary for that month may be increased up to PKR 150,000.
- If the second monthly sales target is achieved, a fixed 15% commission will be paid in USD for every sale after the second tier; attendance deductions for that month will be waived upon achieving the second tier.
- If the third monthly sales target is achieved, a fixed 20% commission will be paid in USD for every sale after the third tier.
