- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to businesses or consumers in Canada to introduce services and products.
- Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality B2B and B2C leads.
- Engage prospects effectively, overcome objections, and present value propositions clearly.
- Set up appointments or transfer qualified leads to senior sales executives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily call volume targets and weekly lead generation quotas.
