Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for the Thailand market to generate a qualified pipeline for FinTech and financial-services clients.
- Identify, engage, and qualify leads through market research, outreach, and relationship building with decision-makers at banks, trading firms, and financial-service providers.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to prepare accurate scope, pricing, and transition plans for new engagements.
- Prepare persuasive commercial proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses tailored to prospective clients in the region.
- Maintain CRM records, forecast pipeline, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent Zentro Solutions at client meetings, industry events, and virtual briefings; provide market feedback to product and service teams.
