Construction Solutions is an information technology and services company operating in Pakistan with an office serving clients in Lahore and surrounding regions. We are seeking an organized, professional HR Specialist / HR Executive to support HR operations and contribute to employee relations, recruitment, and administration. The successful candidate will assist with end-to-end recruitment, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure smooth daily HR processes while supporting managers and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: write job postings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and personnel files in electronic and paper formats.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring completion of required documentation and system access.
• Support employee relations by addressing routine queries, documenting concerns, and escalating issues to management when needed.
• Assist in performance review scheduling and recordkeeping; coordinate training logistics and follow-up.
• Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and basic metrics for leadership, including headcount, turnover, and attendance trends.
• Coordinate daily HR tasks: leave administration, benefits paperwork, and time-management systems.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve HR processes and ensure compliance with company policies; provide administrative support under pressure and tight deadlines.
