Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, general practitioners, schools, NGOs and corporate HR teams to generate referrals and partnerships.
- Plan and execute targeted territory visits and outreach activities across Karachi and nearby districts to promote GlobalMedCon services.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions for healthcare professionals and institutional clients to explain treatment pathways and referral processes.
- Track leads, referrals and outreach outcomes in the CRM; follow up to ensure conversions and appointment bookings.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to schedule assessments, referrals and community events.
- Collect market feedback, identify service gaps and report opportunities for new programs or improved patient access.
- Represent the organization at health fairs, community events and professional meetings; support telepsychiatry enrollment where applicable.
