Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize UNISWIFT's Alibaba buyer and supplier accounts to generate qualified leads and supplier opportunities.
- Research, identify, and engage potential wholesale buyers, distributors, and retail chains in target markets using Alibaba, Global Sources, and industry directories.
- Create and execute outreach campaigns, respond to RFQs, and negotiate initial terms to qualify leads for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records, track response metrics, and report weekly performance and pipeline to marketing and sales managers.
- Coordinate product listings; ensure high-quality product descriptions and imagery; implement keyword optimization to improve discoverability.
- Assist in supplier evaluation, sample coordination, and basic due diligence for international procurement when needed.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and product teams to transition qualified leads to account managers and support order follow-up until shipment.
