We are seeking a motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our Karachi team on a 12-month contract with potential for long-term employment. - Manage customer contacts: Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email; qualify leads and follow up to convert prospects to bookings.
- Sales and targets: Present travel products and promotions, achieve individual monthly sales targets, and accurately record sales activity in the CRM.
- Customer service: Resolve booking issues, provide product information, coordinate with operations for confirmations and changes, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Market knowledge: Stay up to date on company packages, pricing, seasonal promotions, and relevant travel policies to advise customers effectively.
- Shift and reporting: Work assigned shifts (including U.S. night shift availability when required), maintain timely attendance, and submit daily activity and sales reports.
- Compliance and quality: Follow company policies for data protection and booking procedures and contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
