Role Overview:

Nexa Studio is seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with B2B sales and client-acquisition experience, preferably with exposure to the US market. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships, conducting outreach, preparing proposals, and closing deals for AI-powered marketing and digital solutions. Excellent English communication, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other B2B platforms
  • Conduct outreach and discovery calls with potential clients
  • Build long-term client relationships and close deals
  • Create customized proposals and follow-up strategies
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain pipeline reports and provide sales performance updates
