KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for local and international audiences across web, email, and social media channels.
- Manage content calendars, track KPIs, and support brand growth online.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategy.
- Monitor rankings and organic traffic using tools such as Google Search Console and SEMrush.
IT Team Building & Talent Screening
- Source and screen IT candidate profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, and Mustakbil.
- Evaluate technical backgrounds, coordinate with HR, and assist in shortlisting qualified candidates from Islamabad and surrounding areas.
Web Development & Website Management
- Develop, update, and maintain company websites using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Manage page creation, content updates, plugin integrations, basic troubleshooting, and website performance improvements to ensure a functional, user-friendly, and SEO-optimized web presence.
