AA-Accounting and Tax Solutions is a Lahore-based accounting and advisory firm established in 2012. The firm combines deep accounting, audit and tax expertise with modern technology to deliver real-time business solutions to clients across Pakistan. We are seeking a Business Development Executive - IT to expand our technology-related service lines, build relationships with target clients, and support the firm’s growth strategy in Lahore and surrounding markets.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and qualify prospective clients for IT-related advisory, audit automation, and technology consulting services.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns, including targeted prospecting, meetings, and presentations to C-level and senior finance stakeholders.
• Prepare persuasive proposals, commercial terms and service scopes aligned with client needs and firm capabilities.
• Work closely with delivery teams (audit, tax, IT consultants) to translate client requirements into actionable engagement plans and ensure smooth handover.
• Manage pipeline and sales forecasting using the firm’s CRM; track progress and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Represent the firm at industry events, local business forums and networking opportunities to raise awareness of our IT-enabled accounting services.
• Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to recommend pricing, packaging and new service ideas to leadership.

The role is based in Lahore and reports to the Head of Business Development. You will contribute to strategy execution, help build long-term client relationships, and support revenue growth across the firm’s technology-enabled service portfolio.
