- Identify and qualify prospective clients in target sectors such as startups, retail, hospitality, and professional services through outbound outreach and local networking.
- Present Global’s portfolio, explain service offerings, and tailor proposals that align design scope and client objectives.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring accurate handoff to the studio for project delivery.
- Maintain timely follow-up with prospects, negotiate pricing within approved bands, and close deals to meet monthly targets.
- Prepare clear estimates, draft scopes of work, and coordinate with management on feasibility and timelines.
- Track sales activities and pipeline in a basic CRM or shared spreadsheets and report weekly results to the owner.
- Represent Global at local events and client meetings, gathering market feedback to inform service development and pricing.
