Israr Modern Business Services Company is seeking an AI Business Growth & Lead Generation Specialist to drive client acquisition using AI-driven strategies, build scalable lead pipelines, and collaborate with legal teams to convert leads into retained clients.

The role is hands-on and combines data analysis, marketing automation, and B2B outreach tailored to the legal-services market. Responsibilities include:

• Design and implement AI-enabled lead-generation campaigns targeting investors and corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain sales funnels, lead-scoring models, and nurture sequences to increase conversion rates for legal-service offerings.
• Integrate and optimize marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and AI tools (NLP, predictive analytics) to streamline outreach and qualification.
• Conduct market segmentation, competitive analysis, and identify high-value client personas.
• Produce data-driven reports and dashboards for business leaders showing pipeline health, ROI, and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with lawyers and client managers to craft tailored messaging and qualify legal needs before handoff.
• Continuously test and refine messaging, channels, and AI models to improve lead quality and cost-per-lead.
• Ensure all lead-generation practices comply with local regulations and client confidentiality requirements.

The role is based in Riyadh with remote work options; candidates should be able to coordinate with on-site teams and attend occasional client or office meetings as needed.
