Berks Technologies, a Lahore-based software agency serving clients in the UK, US, and EU, seeks a results-driven SEO / Business Development Executive to own our Upwork pipeline end-to-end.
You will represent an established team of developers and designers, filter opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and manage first-touch client communication until leads are qualified and handed to our technical team. This role requires professional written and verbal communication, commercial judgment, and a focus on long-term client relationships rather than one-off bidding.
This is an on-site position based in Lahore. You will work closely with delivery and leadership teams to convert platform opportunities into long-term client engagements. Strong attention to detail, a sales mindset, and the ability to write persuasive, client-focused English are essential.

- Source and filter relevant Upwork job postings and prioritize opportunities aligned with company services and client budgets.
- Research client needs and craft bespoke, persuasive proposals and cover messages that reflect an agency-level standard.
- Manage initial client communication on the platform: clarify requirements, negotiate scope and budget, and address client concerns to qualify opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal technical leads to prepare accurate estimates, scope documents, and handover briefs for qualified leads.
- Maintain a pipeline tracker and provide regular status updates and win/loss analysis to management.
- Improve proposal templates, profiles, and outreach messaging based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure professional representation of the company in all client interactions, maintaining confidentiality and company standards.
