Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective clients in Islamabad across retail, SME, and corporate segments through research, outreach, and networking.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets.
- Deliver product presentations and tailored proposals that articulate Refine Success solutions, including working capital, advisory engagements, and digital finance offerings.
- Manage the sales process from lead to close, coordinating with credit, legal, and delivery teams to ensure compliant onboarding and timely execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare regular pipeline and performance reports, and forecast sales activity.
- Collaborate with marketing to adapt messaging, digital campaigns, and events for local market needs and lead generation.
- Provide post-sale client follow-up to ensure satisfaction, identify cross-sell opportunities, and capture client feedback for product improvement.
