The Marketplace Operations Intern will support daily e-commerce and marketplace activities, helping scale product visibility, streamline order fulfillment, and improve seller and customer experiences. This role provides hands-on exposure to retail operations, digital product listings, and sustainability-focused commerce.
- Assist with product catalog management: create and maintain marketplace listings, ensuring accurate titles, descriptions, categories, and images.
- Coordinate with sourcing and inventory teams to track stock levels, update availability, and prevent stockouts or overselling.
- Support order processing and fulfillment workflows, liaising with logistics partners and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery updates.
- Monitor marketplace metrics and customer feedback, identify issues (listing errors, returns, complaints) and propose corrective actions.
- Implement pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and bundle offers aligned with sustainability messaging and business goals.
- Prepare routine reports on sales performance, top-selling SKUs, return rates, and marketplace trends to inform decisions.
- Contribute to quality control checks for product content and packaging compliance with eco-friendly claims.
