Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for UK clients in accordance with contractual terms and UK tax requirements.
- Manage accounts receivable for UK customers: monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on collections, and apply receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements, client accounts, and intercompany transactions related to UK operations.
- Ensure correct application of VAT rules, including reverse charge where applicable, and maintain supporting documentation for audits.
- Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to validate billable milestones, timesheets, and expenses.
- Maintain clear records for month-end and year-end reporting; assist with preparation of financial schedules and variance analysis for UK contracts.
- Communicate professionally with UK clients and external advisors on billing queries, credit terms, and payment plans.
- Support improvements to invoicing workflows, billing automation, and finance controls specific to the UK market.
