Blueclays, a Google Partner and CIM AI Marketing certified agency based in Lahore, is seeking motivated Cold Calling Representatives to join our business development team. Blueclays provides website development, design, digital marketing, and medical billing services across the UK, Canada, Australia, and Asia. This role supports lead generation efforts for our IT and digital services, converting marketing-qualified leads into discovery conversations and appointments for account managers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold leads using provided lists and CRM tools.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their web, digital marketing, or billing needs and business context.
• Communicate Blueclays' service offerings and value proposition clearly and professionally.
• Schedule discovery calls or demos for senior sales team members and update CRM records accurately.
• Follow call scripts and objection-handling frameworks while adapting to customer cues.
• Achieve daily and monthly call, contact, and appointment-setting targets and report outcomes to the sales manager.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

The position is based in the Lahore office and reports to the Sales Manager. Candidates will work primarily during local business hours and participate in regular training to improve product knowledge and calling techniques.
