Young Learners Incubation is an education-management organization based in Lahore delivering a STEAM education program for children aged 5 to 13. We create hands-on learning experiences that combine science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics to build skills, creativity and confidence.

Role: The Teacher/Assistant Teacher will deliver age-appropriate STEAM lessons, run experiments safely, and support a positive classroom culture aligned with our curriculum and learning outcomes. Internships available for final-year university students.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan and deliver interactive STEAM lessons for groups of children (5 to 13) using project-based and inquiry-led approaches.
• Prepare materials and set up experiments and hands-on activities, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and adapt activities for varying ability levels.
• Manage classroom behaviour, maintain clear routines, and foster curiosity, collaboration and a growth mindset.
• Assess student progress through observations, informal assessments and portfolio work; provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with program coordinators to refine lesson plans, report on outcomes, and contribute to curriculum development.
• Maintain a clean, safe learning environment; follow safeguarding and child-protection policies and procedures.

Location: Bahria Town, Lahore

Hours: 9:00 am3:00 pm (MondaySaturday). Days may change.
