The role requires hands-on work in a modern lab, working from impressions, models and digital files, and collaborating with clinicians to meet case specifications and delivery deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finish crown and bridge restorations using conventional and CAD/CAM techniques, ensuring accurate margins and occlusion.
- Fabricate partial and complete dentures; perform wax-ups, try-ins and final polishing to achieve optimal fit and aesthetics.
- Inspect, adjust and repair appliances; maintain quality control documentation and ensure compliance with lab protocols.
- Work with impressions, models, dies and digital scans; perform model trimming, mounting and articulation as required.
- Communicate professionally with dentists and assistants regarding case requirements, timelines and corrective actions.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and follow infection control, material handling and safety procedures.
