Key Responsibilities:
- Edit video content for property walk-throughs, promotional spots, client testimonials, and corporate presentations, ensuring clarity, pacing, and visual consistency.
- Assemble raw footage, audio, and motion graphics into final deliverables optimized for web, social platforms, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand campaign goals, incorporate brand guidelines, and meet deadlines.
- Create and integrate lower thirds, captions, title cards, and simple animated graphics consistent with brand styling.
- Perform color correction, audio mixing, noise reduction, and basic sound design to ensure professional output quality.
- Manage project files, version control, and export settings appropriate for multiple platforms (YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, website, client presentations).
- Provide creative input for storyboard development, shot selection, and short-form content strategies to increase viewer engagement.
- Ensure timely delivery of video assets and maintain an organized archive of raw and final media.
