Together, we deliver interactive youth forums and specialized learning frameworks to provide overseas children with high-quality community and religious education.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy online Quran teacher to deliver interactive, mentor-based Quranic education to children located overseas. The role requires strong proficiency with Google Workspace tools, clear English and Urdu communication skills, and the ability to work according to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging, resource-based, mentor-led lessons for overseas students via Google Meet.
  • Assess students: listen, correct recitation, test knowledge, and provide encouragement.
  • Develop structured lesson plans and use instructional materials commonly available on Quran-focused resources.
  • Track and maintain student progress using Google Docs and related tools.
  • Communicate with parents via messaging groups, provide post-class lesson summaries in bullet points, and coordinate schedules.

Technical & Communication Skills

  • Fluent English: strong verbal and written communication for teaching overseas children.
  • Fluent Urdu: ability to communicate effectively with target families.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication for parent engagement.
  • Proficiency with Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Calendar.

Teaching Experience & Methods

  • Experience teaching children living overseas.
  • Understanding of engagement teaching, mentor-based learning, and resource-based learning frameworks.

Working Hours & Schedule

  • Part-time, hourly-paid position operating on Australian time zone requirements (AEST).
  • Weekend availability: 9:00 AM8:00 PM (AEST).
  • Weekday availability: 4:00 PM8:00 PM or up to 9:00 PM (AEST).
  • Exact teaching hours within these brackets will depend on student availability.

Compensation

  • Payment type: Hourly basis.
  • Remuneration: Paid based on hours spent actively teaching allocated students.
