- Install and configure analog and IP cameras, recorders (NVR/DVR), power supplies, and PoE switches according to site plans.
- Cable management including routing, terminating, and testing coaxial, network, and power cabling; ensure tidy, code-compliant installations.
- System integration with local networks, remote viewing, mobile access, and third-party security platforms when required.
- Site survey and planning to assess camera placement, lighting conditions, and connectivity needs and produce accurate installation layouts.
- Testing and commissioning to validate camera angles, recording schedules, motion detection, event triggers, and storage settings; perform system health checks.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting to respond to on-site service calls, diagnose faults, replace defective components, and optimize system performance.
