Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to identify new prospects and expand revenue with existing clients in Pakistan.
- Qualify leads, run discovery meetings, and translate business requirements into solution proposals for ICT infrastructure, managed services, and cloud operations.
- Collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to prepare commercial proposals, SLA frameworks, and statements of work.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, contract closure, and successful handover to delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports; present regular updates to senior management.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and vendor sessions to promote offerings and build strategic relationships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and service pricing to recommend product positioning and improvements.
