The Client Hunting role will support business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new clients for lending and advisory products. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively source and qualify prospective clients in target sectors (SMEs, corporates, high-net-worth individuals) through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
- Manage the end-to-end prospecting pipeline: lead generation, qualification, needs assessment, and handover to relationship managers or credit teams.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client financing, advisory, or cash-flow needs and articulate Refine Success service offerings and value proposition.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect status in CRM; prepare weekly pipeline and conversion reports for management.
- Collaborate with product, underwriting, and marketing teams to tailor proposals, pricing guidance, and promotional campaigns for targeted segments.
- Achieve monthly lead and conversion targets while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
