Service Delivery Manager
Purpose of the Role
The Service Delivery Manager will work directly alongside the Director as a key leadership partner responsible for helping build, shape, and grow Zarvian Group Ltd.
As one of the company's early leadership hires, you will act as the primary link between the Director, clients, candidates, and employees. You will be responsible for recruitment, workforce management, employee development, client engagement, service delivery, and operational support to drive the successful growth of the business.
This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who is comfortable taking ownership, solving problems, and contributing to the development of a growing organization.

The successful candidate must possess practical experience and a strong working knowledge of operational and administrative functions provided to clients, including project coordinator, project administrator, executive assistant, administrative assistant, helpdesk administrator, and customer service representative roles.
Candidates must be capable of recruiting, assessing, coaching, supporting, and managing individuals performing these functions and should be confident demonstrating best practices, identifying performance gaps, providing guidance, and supporting employee development from day one.
The Service Delivery Manager will be expected to understand the responsibilities, expectations, competencies, and performance standards associated with these functions to ensure high-quality recruitment, effective workforce management, and consistent service delivery.
This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable supporting employees, engaging with clients, resolving challenges, managing escalations, participating in business development activities, and helping shape the future direction of the company.

- Manage recruitment activities including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new starters.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance support to employees.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and support employee engagement and retention.
- Support workforce planning and resource allocation.
Client & Service Delivery
- Attend client meetings and discovery sessions alongside the Director.
- Develop an understanding of client requirements and workforce needs.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Monitor service quality and delivery standards.
- Act as a key escalation point for clients and employees.
- Ensure resources consistently meet client expectations.
Operations & Business Growth
- Work closely with the Director to improve processes, policies, and operational standards.
- Support business growth, workforce scaling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with marketing, recruitment campaigns, social media activity, and employer branding.
