PIB Consultants, established in 2015 and based in Rawalpindi, is a leading immigration and study-abroad consultancy providing personalized guidance for skilled migration, student visas, family sponsorships, and global mobility. We serve clients across Pakistan and are expanding our commercial team to build partnerships with educational institutions, employers, and referral networks.

Role Overview:
The Sales Executive is a front-line commercial professional responsible for generating new client leads, managing relationships with partner organisations, and converting prospects into clients while maintaining high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and follow-up with educational institutions, migration agents, and corporate partners.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing while maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Deliver presentations to prospective partners and clients, explaining PIB services, fees, and processes clearly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with case processing and compliance teams to ensure smooth handover and timely service delivery; track client progress and resolve issues that could affect conversion or satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to territory growth plans for Rawalpindi and nearby regions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and market feedback to inform marketing and product development initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destination country regulations, visa policy changes, and competitive offerings to advise clients and partners accurately.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and operates primarily from our Rawalpindi office with occasional client or partner meetings across the city. We seek a proactive, ethical sales professional who values client-focused advisory work and can represent PIB Consultants with integrity.
