The role focuses on crafting strategic proposals, building relationships with decision-makers, and coordinating internally to ensure proposals are technically and commercially compelling. This is a remote role based in Pakistan with coordination across time zones to support clients in the USA and UK. Regular communication with Doha headquarters and cross-functional teams is required.

- Lead end-to-end Upwork/freelance marketplace sales: opportunity discovery, proposal writing, pricing strategy, and negotiation for mid-to-large projects.
- Create tailored, high-converting proposals and specialized cover letters that showcase a minimalist, high-end aesthetic and technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and marketing teams to assemble technical scopes, timelines, and accurate cost estimates.
- Manage and grow a pipeline of high-potential clients; follow up and nurture prospects to close repeat and retainer engagements.
- Analyze marketplace metrics, optimize bidding strategies, and maintain records of proposal performance and client feedback.
- Onboard new clients smoothly into project intake processes; hand off to account managers and delivery leads while maintaining post-sale relationships as needed.
