Responsibilities include:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Codexiers' services and qualify interest.
- Manage a daily calling target, document outcomes, and follow up on leads according to the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, update lead status, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Communicate client needs and feedback to the marketing and technical teams to support proposal development.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and appointment-setting targets and contribute to continuous improvement of calling scripts and outreach strategies.
- Attend team meetings in Lahore and participate in training to stay current on service offerings and SEO/web development value propositions.
