Responsibilities
- Proactively source and qualify leads through online channels, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs, present relevant services, and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and send proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Coordinate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, pipeline status, and sales metrics using CRM tools.
- Follow up on proposals, manage client objections, and ensure timely contract execution and payment collection.
- Collaborate on developing sales materials, case studies, and pricing packages to improve conversion rates.
