Role Overview:
We are hiring an Offline Sales and Marketing Specialist to grow our regional customer base through field sales, partner engagement and local marketing initiatives in Lahore and surrounding districts. The role focuses on building relationships with retailers, small manufacturers, e-commerce sellers and third-party partners to generate qualified leads, close contracts for fulfillment and delivery services, and coordinate with operations for seamless onboarding. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct face-to-face prospecting and sales meetings with retailers, brands and e-commerce sellers; present service offerings and negotiate commercial terms.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads; qualify opportunities and manage deals through to contract signing.
- Coordinate closely with operations and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Plan and execute local marketing outreach: events, B2B visits, partner onboarding drives and trade outreach.
- Collect competitive and market feedback; report on pricing, service gaps and demand trends to inform product and route development.
- Prepare weekly activity and sales reports, maintain CRM records and follow up to achieve monthly targets.
