Role Overview:

- Lead design for bottle labels, cartons, and secondary packaging, ensuring regulatory compliance and production feasibility.
- Create visual assets for retail displays, shelf talkers, and in-store promotional materials to increase product visibility and conversion.
- Develop digital product collateral including social media assets, web banners, and email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and suppliers to translate concepts into manufacturable specifications and dielines.
- Perform iterative user- and retailer-focused research and prototype testing to refine packaging usability and shelf impact.
- Maintain and evolve a coherent brand system: typography, color, iconography, and imagery for consistent application across touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects and timelines, provide clear handoffs to printers and manufacturers, and QA final production runs.
