- Answer inbound customer and carrier inquiries via phone and email; document interactions and follow up until resolution.
- Support dispatch operations by coordinating pickup and delivery schedules with carriers and drivers.
- Handle leads: qualify incoming sales/service leads, log details in the CRM, and route to appropriate team members.
- Monitor shipment status, proactively identify exceptions or delays, and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Escalate complex operational issues to supervisors and collaborate with operations to resolve claims or service failures.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, carrier confirmations, and customer communications in company systems.
- Contribute to process improvements by recording common customer pain points and proposing procedural changes.
