Role Summary:

- Conduct patient consultations, perform physical examinations, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Order and interpret routine diagnostic tests and collaborate with nurses and health technicians for sample collection and follow-up.
- Prescribe medications appropriately and liaise with the dispenser to ensure accurate dispensing and patient counseling.
- Maintain accurate medical records, document encounters, and ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with clinic protocols.
- Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling tailored to patients’ needs.
- Participate in case reviews and staff meetings and coordinate referrals to specialists as required.
- Support quality improvement efforts, infection control practices, and maintain equipment and supplies readiness.
