- Visit assigned shops regularly to ensure product availability, correct merchandising, and visibility for key SKUs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with shop owners, wholesalers, and local distributors to increase orders and repeat business.
- Execute in-store promotions, displays, and sampling activities according to company guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, collect sales and POS data, and submit timely sales reports and records using company formats.
- Maintain a digital record of shop visits for promotions, sampling, or permanent client stores and share it with the supervisor.
- Negotiate shelf space and pricing displays within approved limits, and escalate stock or distribution issues to the supervisor.
- Actively seek new retail accounts and support distributor outreach to expand market coverage in the assigned territory.
