- Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining large volumes of structured and unstructured data in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Verifying data for accuracy and completeness, identifying discrepancies, and flagging issues for review.
- Organizing and categorizing information according to predefined taxonomies and project guidelines.
- Performing routine data cleaning tasks, removing duplicates, and ensuring consistent formatting.
- Supporting research teams by extracting information from source documents and converting it into required digital formats.
- Generating routine reports and summaries from entered data and delivering them to project leads on scheduled timelines.
- Following data security and confidentiality protocols and maintaining documentation of work performed.
