Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Executive will administer core HR processes, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and help implement policies that reinforce AutoSolvio’s results-oriented, technology-driven culture.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities: draft job postings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and liaise with hiring managers to ensure timely hires.
- Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and prepare offer letters; facilitate smooth onboarding including document verification and induction schedules.
- Maintain accurate HRIS/employee records, track attendance and leaves, and assist with payroll data preparation and benefits administration.
- Support performance management processes: schedule reviews, collate feedback, track goals, and follow up on improvement plans.
- Implement and communicate HR policies and standard operating procedures; ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal guidelines.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training logistics, and internal communications to promote retention and a positive workplace culture.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, resolving routine queries and escalating complex issues to senior HR staff.
