We provide end-to-end guidance from course and university selection to application support and pre-departure briefings. As an Educational Counselor you will be a primary student-facing advisor responsible for assessing student profiles, recommending appropriate study pathways, and managing application processes while maintaining Pathways Global's high standards of service.

• Assess student needs: Conduct one-on-one consultations to evaluate academic background, aspirations, language proficiency, and financial considerations.
• Provide tailored guidance: Recommend suitable courses, universities, and countries based on each student's profile and career goals.
• Manage application process: Assist with document preparation, statement of purpose review, application submissions, and tracking of admission status.
• Visa & pre-departure support: Prepare students for visa interviews, review supporting documentation, and conduct pre-departure orientations covering accommodation, culture, and compliance.
• Maintain records & follow-up: Keep accurate CRM records of consultations and application milestones; follow up with students and partner institutions until enrollment is confirmed.
• Collaborate with partners: Liaise with university representatives, testing agencies, and internal teams to resolve queries and improve placement outcomes.
• Outreach and engagement: Participate in outreach events, webinars, and campus visits to identify prospective students and raise the company's profile.
