Role:

This is a builder's role, not a manager's role.

We are looking for a highly driven individual who can build operations from the ground up, establish strong service partnerships, develop B2B relationships, manage logistics, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all Somi Care services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard service partners for home cleaning, sofa cleaning, carpet cleaning, and alteration services.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
• Conduct regular partner performance reviews and replace underperforming partners when necessary.
• Ensure all services are delivered under Somi Care branding and customer experience standards.
• Coordinate with sister companies for laundry, dry cleaning, and shoe care services.
• Manage order flow, pickups, deliveries, and turnaround times.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction across all service categories.
• Set up and manage delivery and service fleets, including route planning and vehicle maintenance.
• Monitor operational costs, fuel consumption, and fleet documentation.
• Ensure uninterrupted service delivery through effective contingency planning.
• Manage physical brand presence, including uniforms and vehicles.
