Role overview

We are hiring a Customer Support professional to join our distributed team and help ensure excellent client experience across product, technical, and account inquiries.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems in a timely, professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot product and account issues by reproducing problems, collecting information (logs/screenshots), and escalating complex issues to engineering with clear reproduction steps.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, ticket status, and customer feedback in the helpdesk system.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product to follow up on bug fixes, feature requests, and client escalations.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by writing clear articles, FAQs, and guides to reduce repeat questions and improve self-service.
  • Monitor service levels and assist with reporting.
