This role reports to the R&D Lead and collaborates with analytical, regulatory, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate candidate molecules into stable, manufacturable dosage forms.
Key responsibilities
- Lead formulation development for oral solid, liquid, and semi-solid dosage forms, including prototype design, excipient selection, and compatibility studies.
- Optimize processes using Design of Experiments (DoE) and systematic experimental planning to improve bioavailability, stability, and manufacturability.
- Support analytical and stability testing by defining acceptance criteria and interpreting results to refine formulations.
- Manage scale-up and tech transfer to pilot and manufacturing, preparing batch records, process parameters, and troubleshooting during production runs.
- Maintain documentation including development reports, stability protocols, SOPs, and regulatory submissionready data aligned with cGMP and ICH expectations.
