Key Responsibilities
- Marketplace customer support: Respond to customer inquiries across Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, adhering to each platform's response time SLAs.
- Order assistance: Assist customers with order tracking, customizations, cancellations, and return/refund requests.
- Issue resolution: Handle print-on-demand issues (print quality, sizing discrepancies, transit delays) to protect reviews and ratings.
- Order & workflow tracking: Monitor order flows from marketplaces to fulfillment systems to ensure seamless processing.
- Cross-team coordination: Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to resolve processing bottlenecks or shipping delays.
